Site Manager Location: UK & Ireland (Travel Required) Salary: £55,000 £65,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Standard Working Hours) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a specialist interiors and refurbishment main contractor delivering high-end luxury projects across the residential, hospitality, commercial and retail sectors. This is a people-focused business that places strong emphasis on quality, trust, passion and integrity, building long-term relationships with clients through consistently high standards of delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in project delivery, working closely with the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Act as an integral part of the project team, liaising closely with the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor Control the opening and closing of site (project dependent) Ensure all Health & Safety policies and regulations are upheld at all times Manage site set-up, ensuring the site is safe, presentable and user-friendly Read, understand and coordinate construction drawings with subcontractors Deliver works in line with the agreed project programme Maintain all compulsory site documentation, including: Daily plant and equipment checks Site inductions and attendance records Hot works permits Accident and incident reporting Conduct daily morning briefings with subcontractors to ensure smooth site coordination Communicate professionally with clients, consultants and site visitors Maintain commercial awareness to support efficient and cost-effective delivery Ensure high standards of quality and attention to detail from early stages through to completion Use IT systems including email, snagging apps and document control platforms (training provided) Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, fit-out or refurbishment environments Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and site compliance Excellent organisational and communication skills Commercially aware with the ability to manage programmes effectively A strong eye for detail and quality, particularly on high-end finishes Confident managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities Comfortable using basic IT systems Whats on Offer Competitive salary: £55,000 £65,000 Monday to Friday, standard working hours Flights and accommodation provided when travelling EasyJet Plus card membership Company mobile phone and laptop Optional health plan including perks and wellbeing benefits Length of service rewards Gym membership available across the UK Skills: SMSTS First aid Organising Labour Site management Construction Site Management Construction Site Construction work Benefits: Paid Holidays Medical Aid / Health Care Parking Gym
