This Site Manager role suits someone who enjoys being the main point of contact on site, balancing people leadership, safety, and quality while keeping projects moving smoothly.Oversee daily site activity, workforce coordination, and subcontractor managementAct as the primary on site contact for clients, contractors, and internal teamsMonitor progress, identify risks early, and implement practical solutionsMaintain a professional, organised, and safety focused site environmentAbout YouYou are an experienced Site Manager or Construction Site Manager who brings confidence, calm decision making, and strong communication to busy project environments.
