As a Site Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering infrastructure projects across the Anglian Water region, working collaboratively with our delivery teams to make a real difference to our communities and environment. What will you be responsible for? As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the construction delivery team, supporting them in delivering safe, high-quality infrastructure projects. Your day to day will include: Leading site-based teams and managing construction projects from inception to completion Ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget whilst maintaining the highest SHEQ standards Managing day-to-day operations, including supervisors, delivery teams, and subcontractors Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the local community Driving innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of project delivery What are we looking for?
