Involve Recruitment are in search of a Site Manager to take responsibility for a mixed-use development in Milford Haven, comprising residential apartments with commercial units at ground level. This permanent role requires an experienced Site Manager capable of coordinating multiple workstreams while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and programme delivery across both residential and commercial elements of the scheme.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of site operations on a mixed-use development

*

Coordinate residential and commercial construction activities

*

Manage subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers

*

Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and specification

*

Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship

*

Enforce all health & safety procedures and site compliance

*

Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management

*

Manage site documentation, reporting, and progress updates

*

Resolve site issues and drive productivity

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or mixed-use developments

*

Experience delivering blocks of flats and/or commercial ground-floor units

*

Strong understanding of sequencing and coordination on complex schemes

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid (essential)

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades concurrently

*

Full UK driving licence
