Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee cladding remediation works on high-rise residential buildings. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and proven experience managing similar projects involving combustible materials. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate cladding remediation works on high-rise buildings Manage site teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification Oversee full strip-out of external wall insulation (EWI) systems and associated materials Ensure safe removal of combustible materials in compliance with regulations Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and stakeholders Maintain accurate site records and reports Ensure strict compliance with health & safety standards
Essential Requirements
Proven experience supervising cladding remediation projects on high-rise buildings Demonstrable experience working with combustible materials Strong understanding of EWI systems and façade construction Valid CSCS card (Supervisor level or above) SSSTS or SMSTS certification Excellent leadership and communication skills
Desirable
Experience using Field View (site management software) First Aid certification Fire safety / façade remediation training
