Working on behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager on a contract basis for a project starting at a retirement living facility in Abergavenny. The scope of works includes the removal of a roof terrace patio and a full roof inspection, ensuring all works are carried out safely and to a high standard. Key Duties Managing day-to-day site operations Managing flat roofing works and terrace patios Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times Coordinating subcontractors and site labour Maintaining project timelines and quality standards What we are looking for in the successful candidate: Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction or refurbishment projects.
