We are looking for a SiteManager to join our team, working for a leading EPC based in Murton.
Initial 12 month contract Site Based Outside IR35
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between General Contractor, the end-client, and consortium partner. Lead and manage the construction project from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Provide technical guidance and support throughout the construction process, ensuring compliance with regulations, codes, and standards. Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, supervising their work to ensure alignment with project specifications. Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections to maintain the highest construction standards. Identify and mitigate potential risks, addressing issues promptly and effectively. Promote clear communication and cooperation with engineers, designers, consultants, and local authorities. Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and foster a safety-first culture on-site. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting to all project stakeholders.
