Site Manager Required in Nottingham NG3

Working on a live housing refurb you will be required to manage operatives and Subcontractors on site

£250-£300 per day

8am-5pm

Duties will include:

* Manage site activities with a focus on high-quality finishes

• Coordinate subcontractors and trades during the final phases

• Carry out snagging and de-snagging

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Requirements for the position:

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required

* Previous experience managing live housing projects

* References upon request from previous employers.
