An excellent opportunity has arisen for a long term temporary position for our client, a well-established Contractor for a Site Manager to oversee a project in Hartlepool/

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record of managing agricultural builds and in particular large poultry sheds. You will be required to co-ordinate trades, direct labour and materials; as well as liaising with suppliers to ensure that the onsite construction team is fully resourced. You will also be responsible for the successful and safe delivery of the exceptionally high quality dwellings associated with our client.

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to start on site on or around 1st Septemberfor a project duration of approximately 4 months.

The Site Manager is required to manage and oversee the day to day running of projects from the start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time, safely, within its budget and to a high standard.

They will be the first point of contact for members of the public, clients, site managers and sub-contractors for as long as the contract lasts.

They will assist the contracts manager in the preparation of the construction programme of works and monitoring progress against the programme.
