The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of fire stoppers, ensuring all fire stopping works are carried out to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety. This role requires hands-on leadership, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage work efficiently during night hours to minimise disruption to store operations.

The Site Supervisor will liaise with project managers, ensure adherence to passive fire regulations, maintain accurate site records, and oversee health and safety protocols for all operatives on site.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\nNVQ in Passive Fire Protection (or equivalent)\nPrevious Experience in Fire Stopping\nStrong all-round knowledge of passive fire systems \n\nResponsibilities:\n\nSupervise and coordinate nightshift fire stopping teams on a live retail site.\nEnsure all passive fire works meet regulations and quality standards.\nEnforce health and safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks.\nMonitor progress and manage work schedules to meet deadlines.\nLiaise with project managers and site contacts to ensure smooth operations.\nMaintain accurate records of works completed and materials used.\nOversee site access, security, and compliance during night hours. \n\nIf interested, please call me on (phone number removed) or email me on
