Site Manager - High-Rise RC Frame

I'm working with a well-established and fast-growing main contractor to recruit a Site Manager for a new high-rise RC frame development in Leeds

The business has a strong track record delivering major residential and mixed-use projects across the North, and they're now looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a large-scale concrete frame scheme.

✅ What you'll be doing:

Managing day-to-day site operations on a multi-storey RC frame project

Overseeing sub-contractors and trades - including mast climbers, brickwork, facades, and fit-out

Working closely with the Project and Contracts Managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Ensuring health & safety is prioritised and site documentation is maintained

What they're looking for:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-rise RC frame builds

Strong working knowledge of mast climbers, façade installation, and complex sequencing

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (essential)

A proactive and collaborative mindset
