Pay Rates:

* £40 per hour (Weekdays) inc holiday pay

* £45 per hour (Weekends) inc holiday pay

* £60 per day lodge allowance (for each day worked)

Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee operations on a busy construction project for a 10–12 week contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable professional to join a fast-paced environment and play a key role in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

* Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers

* Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations

* Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate records

* Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders

* Resolve any on-site issues efficiently and professionally

Requirements

* Valid Black CSCS Card (essential)

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations

* Ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines effectively
