We are recruiting on behalf of a respected, fast-growing construction group based in Kent. Our client delivers high-quality residential and commercial projects across highly desirable locations. They now seek a skilled Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure exceptional project delivery.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest construction, safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily construction activities • Lead and coordinate contractors and site teams • Plan work schedules, resources and logistics • Liaise with architects, engineers and suppliers • Ensure quality standards and building regulations are met • Maintain strict site health & safety procedures • Conduct inductions, toolbox talks and safety checks • Monitor project costs and support budget control • Identify and mitigate site risks • Maintain accurate site documentation and reports • Review contracts and RAMS • Ensure plant and equipment records are up to date • Solve operational issues to keep projects on track • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency on-site
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction • Strong leadership and communication skills • Excellent knowledge of building regulations and site safety • Ability to plan, prioritise and problem-solve effectively • Commitment to delivering high-quality work
