Description:
EDM Recruitment Group is looking for an experienced Site Manager for a temporary role overseeing flat roofing, scaffolding, and M&E works on a high-profile site. This is a key contract starting 1st September 2025, lasting approximately 14–18 weeks.
You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating multiple trades, and ensuring safe, high-quality delivery within programme deadlines.
Key Duties:

Manage all site activities related to flat roofing, scaffolding, and M&E installations
*
Supervise subcontractors and on-site labour
*
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and site procedures
*
Monitor progress and maintain daily site records
*
Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers
*
Drive works to meet deadlines and quality expectations
Requirements:
*
Previous experience managing flat roofing projects (felt, liquid, or single ply systems)
*
Strong understanding of scaffolding and M&E coordination on site
*
Valid SMSTS and CSCS card
*
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
*
Available from 1st September 2025
