Due to sustained growth, the business is expanding its delivery team and requires a proven professional with strong construction management experience. The project consists of a new‑build timber frame leisure centre, refurbishment of the existing building, installation of 4G sports pitches, and all associated civil engineering works. The Role As Site Manager, you will oversee the safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery of a £7M, 60‑week timber frame leisure centre development. You will take full responsibility for day‑to‑day site operations, subcontractor coordination, Health & Safety compliance, and programme management. Key duties include:
