Site Manager – RC Frame

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager with strong RC frame expertise to join a major infrastructure project.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering technically demanding schemes within the infrastructure and data centre sector.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the safe and efficient delivery of RC frame packages on a large-scale data centre development. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee daily site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure programme, quality, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Managing RC frame and structural works on site

*

Coordinating subcontractors and site teams

*

Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and budget

*

Maintaining high standards of health & safety compliance

*

Conducting site inspections and quality checks

*

Liaising with engineers, consultants and client representatives

*

Reporting progress to senior management

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on RC frame projects

*

Previous data centre or major infrastructure experience preferred

*

Strong technical understanding of reinforced concrete structures

*

Engineering background (civil or structural) highly desirable

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), First Aid

*

Excellent organisational and communication skills
