ResponsibilitiesManage people, contractors, and resources to ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards within budget.Manage day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation and council SHE policies.Deliver project plans in line with contractual requirements, quality standards and agreed programmes of work.Monitor budgets, financial performance including forecasting and cost control, and provide accurate updates to the Project Manager.Maintain essential site records.Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and resources to meet programme requirements efficiently.Qualifications & ExperienceHold a relevant NVQ Level 4 or equivalent and significant experience in managing CDM projects.Hold a current CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme qualification.Have strong knowledge of Housing Maintenance and multi‑disciplinary project delivery.Demonstrable experience in managing social housing projects, refurbishments, planned major and minor works ranging in value from £10k to £1.5m.Knowledge of construction management, planning and programming techniques. #J-18808-Ljbffr
