Due to the continued growth and expansion in our family owned business we're recruiting an experienced Site Manager for our site in Hambleton, Leeds.


As part of our expanding team in the Selby / Harrogate / Leeds area, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, sustainable homes designed for modern living.

Your role:

As our Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of our developments — from planning and safety through to the final handover. You’ll ensure every stage is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer care.


What you’ll bring:

- Proven experience managing all aspects of a new homes construction site.

- A passion for delivering exceptional homes and great customer experiences.

- Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

What you'll need:


ESSENTIAL:

  • Must have as a minimum a valid SMSTS qualification
  • Significant previous experience in a similar role for a new build residential house builder
  • Valid CSCS card at Site Manager level (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience of effectively managing teams
  • Up to date knowledge of health, safety, and building regulations including quality standards
  • Valid first aid certificate
  • Full UK driving licence


DESIRABLE:

  • Construction Management – HNC level 4, HNS level 5 or NVQ level 6
  • Valid scaffold appreciation certificate
  • Valid LOLER certificate
  • Managing/overseeing multiple build sites
