Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors. Ensure compliance with Passivhaus principles, building regulations, and health & safety standards. Maintain site cleanliness and enforce safety protocols. Monitor progress, quality, and budget, reporting to the Project Manager. Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, and quality inspections.
