Fit-Out Site Manager – Paddington (Commercial & Residential Mixed-Use Development)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to join a leading contractor delivering a high-profile commercial and residential mixed-use development in Paddington.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure 1.5 years of continuous work, starting immediately, on a flagship London scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day site operations across commercial and residential fit-out packages

* Manage subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards

* Coordinate site activities in line with programme requirements

* Maintain strict health & safety compliance

* Liaise with project managers, clients, and design teams

* Drive quality control across both commercial and residential elements

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial and residential fit-out projects

* Experience delivering mixed-use developments

* Strong track record delivering projects to a high specification

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

* Ability to start immediately
