The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Site Relationship Manager (SRM) to act as the strategic interface between Digital/IT functions and a large industrial manufacturing site.

This is a business-facing, relationship-driven role focused on enabling operational delivery, shaping the site-level digital roadmap, and ensuring digital solutions effectively support shop-floor and operational teams.

You’ll work closely with site leadership, operations, and digital teams to align priorities, manage demand, and drive adoption of digital solutions — acting as a trusted advisor rather than a hands-on technical specialist.

What You’ll Be Doing
