Site Service Estimator and Technical Support Location: Cheddar Salary: £35,000 per annum, depending on experience The Role To provide technical support and accurate estimations for site service work including repairs, installations, and maintenance projects. This office-based role is pivotal in ensuring service efficiency, technical accuracy, and client satisfaction by working closely with the Site Service team, engineering staff, and customers. Key Responsibilities Review and assess service job requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates for repair, maintenance, and installation projects. Provide technical support to the Site Service Engineers and customers, including troubleshooting advice, product support, and recommendations. Liaise with customers to clarify technical requirements and ensure service expectations are met. Interpret site visit reports and engineer feedback to create job scopes, parts lists, and labour requirements. Prepare and maintain documentation including quotations, job briefs, and technical data sheets. Assist in the coordination and scheduling of site works based on resource availability and job priority. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, regulatory standards, and internal procedures during all project planning and support activities....
