About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Resource Manager to lead the global planning, deployment, and development of site engineering resources across our Oil & Gas operations. This role is critical to ensuring the right engineers, with the right competencies, are deployed safely and efficiently to meet customer and project requirements worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
Strategically plan and manage a global pool of site engineers to support projects, shutdowns, and field operations Allocate resources based on skills, certifications, experience, and availability Act as line manager for site engineers, responsible for performance management, development, and engagement Own training, competency assessment, and certification compliance across the global team Champion HSE excellence, ensuring full compliance with Oil & Gas safety standards and site requirements Work closely with customers, project teams, and regional leaders to deliver high-quality field service support Drive continuous improvement in resource utilisation, flexibility, and workforce capability
Qualifications & Skills
Proven site experience in Oil & Gas as a Field Engineer or similar (essential) Strong background in field services, project delivery, or operations Experience managing and developing teams in a global or multi-regional environment Deep understanding of HSE, safety-critical environments, and regulatory compliance Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset Highly organised, strategic, and able to balance operational and long-term workforce planning

Strong leadership and team management capabilities Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse, global teams Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills Adaptability in a fast-paced, operational environment
