This is a varied and hands-on leadership role, working closely with Operations, Production and Engineering teams, as well as managing external contractors and suppliers. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage the Site Services team, providing technical guidance, support and development Ensure full compliance with all legal and statutory requirements, including: LOLER, PSSR, Legionella control Oversee maintenance, operation and continuous improvement of site services and utilities Manage contractor and supplier performance, ensuring safe systems of work Take responsibility for facilities and building management across the site Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety compliance Manage site services budgets and control costs effectively

As a valued member of our team, you will bring the following skills and experience: - Minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Proven people management experience Strong working knowledge of legal, statutory and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment Hands-on experience working with: Hot water boilers, Refrigeration systems, Ammonia plant, Air compressors Previous experience within food manufacturing or a similar regulated environment is highly beneficial Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels We also want you to thrive in an engaging and inclusive work culture where you will have the opportunity to take on personal accountability and take pride in your work.
