This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and passionate about continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities : Supporting and working alongside the Engineering Manager to deliver site engineering objectives. Managing site buildings, plant, and equipment through proactive maintenance and asset-care practices. Leading contractor management, permits to work, and ensuring safe systems of work are in place. Driving Engineering KPI performance across efficiency, quality, safety, and reliability measures. Leading and supporting Continuous Improvement and PIP initiatives across the site. Managing and developing Engineering Team Leaders and contributing to succession planning.

Motivated, detail-orientated and strong people skills able to influence at all levels. Preferably BOAS trained (or willing to work towards this). A relevant Mechanical/Electrical Engineering qualification. Strong planning, problem-solving and organisational capability. Confidence managing contractors, compliance standards, and engineering processes.
