Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities and trades Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies Monitor progress against programme schedules and report updates regularly Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings Manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation Resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally Liaise closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholdersRequirements
