Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment. Want to be a part of it? What will you be doing?

As ourSite Supervisor, youll play a vital role in ourDelivery Team. Ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of water schemes across the region. Youll lead by example, promoting a zero-harm cultureand driving high standards of quality and compliance throughout every stage of the project. Project Delivery: Oversee the successful execution of metering, lead replacement, and new connection projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Safety Leadership: Champion health, safety, and wellbeing on site, conducting inductions, toolbox talks, and coaching staff on best practices and PPE compliance. Planning & Documentation: Prepare and manage RAMS, permits, and temporary works documentation. Team Management: Supervise labour, plant, and materials, while building collaborative teams and managing specialist subcontractors. Customer Engagement: Act as the point of contact for customers and the public impacted by works, ensuring clear communication and minimal disruption. Quality & Compliance: Follow MG Water Business Management Systems to deliver projects right first time in a controlled environment. Continuous Improvement: Coordinate document control, design management, and timely close-out of audit actions. Participate in investigations and drive improvements.

What youll bring Do you have proven experience in site supervision within the water industry or similar utilities sector? Have you gained a strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards? Do you have the ability to manage teams and manage subcontractors effectively? Excellent communication and organisational skills. Are you competent in preparing and managing site documentation and permits?
