Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and delivering excellent customer service.
This role offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The successful applicant will possess strong communication skills, a valid driving licence, and experience in customer service.
Duties
* Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth operations
* Manage and support team members, providing guidance and training as needed
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
* Liaise with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided
* Organise schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress of ongoing projects
* Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards
* Handle administrative tasks including reporting and documentation
* Drive company vehicles as required for site visits or client meetings
Skills
* Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a similar environment
* Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Exceptional customer service skills to build positive relationships with clients
* Ability to motivate and lead a team under pressure
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently
