Job Title: Hands-On Site Supervisor Kitchen Refurbishment Scheme
Location: Brighouse, West Yorkshire
Rate: £22£24 per hour (ongoing role)
Start: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced Hands-On Supervisor to oversee a long-term kitchen refurbishment programme across tenanted properties in Brighouse. All homes are located close to the main site cabins, making travel between properties straightforward.
Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day kitchen refurbishment works across occupied homes.

Work closely with trades teams, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity.

Maintain strong communication with tenants, site management, and subcontractors.

Carry out hands-on tasks as required to support workflow and keep programmes on track.

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and site procedures.

Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and report updates to the project lead.

Requirements SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) essential

CSCS card essential

Strong background in domestic refurbishment or social housing works

Excellent communication skills and a professional approach when working in tenanted properties

Ability to work proactively, lead by example, and maintain high standards of workmanship

Full UK driving licence desirable
