As a Process Design & Optimization Lead, you will contribute to the delivery of our business transformation programmes, focusing on Target Operating Models across UK and APAC regions to increase scale and efficiency. The person we are looking for will have a strong track record working in financial services OR management consulting maximizing value by developing and facilitating initiative approaches, including benefits realization, governance structures, change management, ideally working a central business change or transformation function.
