Ski Specialist - Travel Consultant

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing ski holiday business known for creating tailored trips and giving clients a really personal level of service. They are looking for a Sales Executive to join their team and help turn enquiries into bookings, build strong customer relationships, and be part of an ambitious and passionate business. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with previous holiday sales experience who would love to combine that with a genuine interest in ski.


Sales Executive – what will I be doing?

  • Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings
  • Speaking with clients to understand what they are looking for and putting together tailored ski holiday options to suit their needs and budget
  • Selling holidays for a range of clients including families, groups and more premium travellers
  • Following up warm leads and building strong relationships to maximise every sales opportunity
  • Negotiating confidently and professionally to secure bookings
  • Keeping client records accurate and making sure communication is clear throughout the booking journey
  • Working closely with the wider team to deliver a smooth and enjoyable customer experience from start to finish


Sales Executive – what experience do I need?

  • You must have previous experience selling holidays in a travel sales or Travel Consultant role
  • Ideally, you will have already sold ski holidays and have at least 6–12 months of relevant ski sales experience
  • Strong sales and conversion skills, with confidence in turning enquiries into bookings
  • A genuine passion for skiing and a good understanding of ski resorts and the ski holiday market i essential
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, personable approach with clients
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Excel and other day-to-day sales tools
  • Well organised, proactive and able to manage multiple enquiries at once


Sales Executive – What else do I need to know?

  • Base salary of £25,000 plus excellent commission
  • Very realistic earnings of £47,500–£65,000 depending on sales performance
  • Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm, with the possibility of some weekend work around once a month
  • Hybrid role, ideally with 2–3 days a week in the office, with flexibility for the right person
  • London office location
