Your responsibilities as Skilled Butcher

• Carry out boning, trimming, and cutting to required specifications
• Work to targets for yield, quality, and throughput
• Operate knives, saws, and tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in chilled conditions
• Follow SOPs and meet customer product requirements
• Handle products manually
