We are seeking a Full Time Skilled Groundsperson to help maintain the high-quality presentation and day-to-day readiness of our sports surfaces, gardens and wider outdoor spaces. You will work as part of a supportive Grounds Team, contributing to the preparation of natural and synthetic pitches, responding to seasonal demands and helping ensure outdoor areas remain safe, functional and attractive throughout the year. The role involves hands-on practical work across a varied landscape, supporting fixtures, events and the wider estate as needed. Strong communication, reliability and a proactive approach are essential, as you will work closely with colleagues and occasionally interact with pupils, staff and visitors.
