The role: We are seeking compassionate, dedicated and skilled Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our growing team. You will provide care tailored to the individual needs of the people we support, including: Personal care Assisting with daily living tasks Supporting individuals in the community Managing behaviours that challenge Providing waking night and live-in support where required Who we're looking for: Experienced support workers or care assistants Confident working with children, young people and adults with complex needs, learning disabilities and autism Knowledge of or training in challenging behaviour support / PBS / autism awareness is desirable Flexibility to work varied hours including waking nights and/or live-in care Excellent communication skills and commitment to person-centred care Right to work in the UK We especially welcome applicants with additional training such as MAKATON, PECS, AAC communication skills.
