Skills Coach/Apprenticeship Trainer – Project Management

Pertemps Work Based Learning is partnering with a leading national training provider, rated Good by Ofsted, to recruit an Apprenticeship Trainer / Skills Coach. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in apprenticeship delivery and project management to join a supportive, learner-focused organisation.
The Role

As an Apprenticeship Skills Coach, you will deliver Level 4 Associate Project Management (APM) qualifications to learners working towards their apprenticeship. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours, 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, and access to an internal Health and Wellbeing Team.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging training and coaching sessions to help learners achieve their APM apprenticeship qualification
Develop and tailor learning resources to meet individual learner needs
Assess and provide constructive feedback on learners’ work
Monitor and maintain learner progress records and documentation
Conduct workplace visits to support learners and gather evidence
Continuously review and improve the quality of your delivery and working practicesSkills, Experience & Qualifications:

Recognised Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
Vocational experience in Project Management
Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA, or equivalent) is highly desirable
Teaching qualification desirable but not essential (PTLLS, AET, PGCE, or equivalent)
Experience delivering Leadership & Management training to apprenticeship learners
