In this role, you will work closely with learners and employers to match skills with opportunities, support career progression, and ensure successful employment outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, guiding and motivating learners, and supporting employers to meet their workforce needs. This is a role for someone who thrives on delivering excellent customer service, enjoys problem-solving, and is driven by helping others succeed. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing employers. Match learners to suitable employers and work experience opportunities. Profile learners to assess skills, experience, and readiness for employment. Ensure compliance with all contractual data collection and reporting requirements.
