Key Responsibilities
As a Small Works Project Manager, you will:
Oversee the effective, compliant, and timely delivery of maintenance and response works Ensure all activities meet statutory and Ministry of Defence (MoD) requirements Monitor and manage supply chain performance, ensuring value for money and high standards of quality and safety Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) Ensure compliance with asbestos and legionella management plans Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for end-user issues Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) and contractors Manage technical queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner Oversee cost control, comme...
