Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Conduct a wide range of cosmetic repairs, including stripping, refurbishing, and refitting vehicle components
* Complete all aspects of SMART repair to manufacturer standards, maintaining quality and efficiency
* Work collaboratively with a team of skilled Bodyshop Technicians to meet team goals
* Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, including the full use of PPE
* Ensure attention to detail and high-quality workmanship on every vehicle
* Maintain awareness of manufacturer repair methods and specifications
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety procedures and continuous improvement

Requirements:
* Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician, Accident Repair Technician, or Cosmetic Repair Technician is essential

* Sound understanding of manufacturer repair standards and processes
* Commitment to health and safety regulations and procedures
