About the Role and the Project We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals who will be responsible for coordinating and providing a flexible solutions-focused service to those accessing existing CPSL Mind services.  This role requires a proactive, “can do” approach that focuses on innovative approaches to supporting people to achieve their goals around a healthier lifestyle. Working alongside colleagues already providing mental health support to individuals through existing services, this role will provide assessment and specialist support, alongside the trusted professional. This service is aligned to smoking cessation principles as outlined by the National Centre for Smoking Cessation and Training (NCSNT). You should be passionate about promoting positive mental health, have excellent verbal and communication skills along with the confidence to promote Smoking Cessation messages, and the service internally and externally.
