Senior Project Manager Location: Weston Super Mare Job Type: Full-Time Department: Projects / Construction / Fabrication Reports To: Operations Manager Position Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in structural steelwork and architectural metalwork to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple complex projects across commercial, industrial, and public sector sectors. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring quality, cost, safety, and schedule objectives are met or exceeded Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution Lead multiple steelwork and metalwork projects from initial tender through to completion and client handover Alongside the Estimators, develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans Ensure accurate detailing, fabrication, and installation in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications

Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors Attend progress meetings and site visits; provide regular project updates and reports Build and maintain strong relationships to promote repeat business and client satisfaction
