SEMH Learning Support Assistant

Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for multiple Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) schools across the Basingstoke area. These schools provide tailored support for children and young people from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 4 diagnosed with Autism and Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties.

We are in search of Teaching Assistants who: * Show kindness and patience * Enjoy building positive relationships with students * Can adapt to different needs and learning styles * Love recognising progress - big or small

Eligibility: * GCSE pass (C or above) in English and Maths * A steady, caring approach to behaviour and emotions * Friendly, approachable manner * Strong attendance and work ethic
