Your focus will be on the smooth process with all departments to ensure that works are completed to the highest standard, with effective communication and client interaction being of upmost importance. Key responsibilities: Weekly Report * To produce weekly summary of the past week for directors/senior managers WIP Management * To ensure the daily/weekly review of all WIP folders in commercial department to keep all job status within current SLA agreements and no backlog Commercial * Working closely with commercial manager to ensure seamless work within the department * Ensuring all outstanding quotes/variations are raised correctly * Delivering on Procurement management * Supplier invoices * Job completion to standard Finance * Working closely with finance manager to ensure everything is working as it should within the department.
