AB Building & Electrical Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead operations on a new social housing refurbishment project in East Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering high-quality reinstatement and M&E works.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Manage and motivate a directly employed workforce to achieve excellent standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and quality control. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification. Proven experience in social housing refurbishment, including mechanical & electrical (M&E) and building reinstatement. Strong leadership skills with the ability to harness team strengths. Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
