Role: Social Media Account Manager

Salary: £38k–£45k

We’re looking for a Social Media Account Manager who understands how strong strategy, creative execution and community thinking come together on social. Someone who can manage accounts confidently, lead delivery, and turn insights into impact. In this role, you’ll:

• Lead the day-to-day management of organic social media accounts and social-led campaigns for high-profile clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping projects running smoothly, on time and on budget.
• Work closely with creative, strategy and influencer teams to deliver platform-native, performance-driven content.
• Analyse performance across channels, turning data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Support and mentor junior team members, helping raise the standard of output across the team.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts, evolve social strategy and introduce new ideas or formats.

You have 3+ years’ experience managing organic social media accounts, with a strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok and emerging channels. You’re confident working with clients, comfortable owning multiple accounts, and know how to balance creativity with performance and results.
