• London | Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day remote)

They’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content. Someone who doesn’t just “post”, but builds culture, sparks conversation, and turns buildings into brands people want to be part of.

You’ll shape and lead the entire organic and paid social strategy - building a bold, distinctive voice that cuts through the noise and drives real engagement, loyalty, and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the end-to-end social strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Creating scroll-stopping short-form video, photography, and written content that feels fresh, human, and culturally relevant.
- Bringing the brand to life on-site capturing events, community moments, founder stories, and behind-the-scenes energy.
- Building and coaching a network of in-house content ambassadors to unlock authentic, daily storytelling.
- Partnering with digital and creative agencies to develop high-performing paid social campaigns.
- Diving into analytics and social listening to refine, optimise, and continuously elevate performance.
- Occasionally covering events in the evenings - where the best content often happens.
Who They’re Looking For
- Background in lifestyle, B2C, or D2C brands? Even better.
- Proven ability to shoot and edit punchy, platform-native short-form content.
- Deep understanding of audience growth, engagement tactics, and performance metrics.
- Confident communicator - you build relationships fast and bring energy into every room.
- Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite and managing multiple projects without dropping the ball.
- A self-starter with ideas. Lots of them.
