We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Social Value Advisor to join our Operations Performance team and help deliver meaningful, measurable social impact across one of our Key government contracts. This is an excellent opportunity to influence change, lead social value initiatives, and work closely with a wide network of stakeholders across ISS, our clients, community partners, and external organisations.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Social Value Advisor, you will play a key role in embedding social sustainability across the contract. You will:
- Lead the rollout and delivery of the Social Value Delivery Plan aligned with the National TOMs Framework.
- Support the account team in delivering social sustainability initiatives that meet contractual and sector requirements.
- Identify opportunities to increase social impact and align activity with broader enterprise strategy.
- Capture, analyse, and report both qualitative and quantitative social value data.
- Plan and coordinate a wide range of social sustainability projects, ensuring timely and risk‑managed delivery.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across internal teams, clients, community groups, charities, and external partners.
- Attend and contribute to customer meetings, presenting performance updates and impact insights.
- Participate in Sustainability Network sessions, helping to share best practice and drive innovation.
- Support central programmes including volunteering, charitable partnerships, inclusive recruitment, and community engagement.
Overall, this role is about ensuring social impact is delivered, evidenced, and continually strengthened.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in social sustainability or social value–focused roles.
- Strong understanding of social sustainability frameworks, measurement, and reporting, including the National TOMs Framework.
- Ability to analyse social value data and turn insights into meaningful actions.
- Experience planning, delivering, and monitoring social sustainability initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Programme/project coordination experience.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the built environment or facilities management sector.
- Familiarity with environmental or ESG elements.
- Experience working with large public sector contracts.
Security Clearance:
This role requires SC Clearance (or the ability to obtain it).
