The Opportunity We are seeking a Social Value Coordinator to support the delivery of social value commitments for a high-profile Defence transformation programme. This role will ensure that community, skills, and sustainability initiatives are planned, tracked, and reported in line with the UK Government Social Value Model and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities Assist in delivering the programmes Social Value plan, ensuring alignment with MOD priorities. Coordinate activities across employment, skills development, sustainability, and community engagement workstreams. Gather data and evidence to track KPIs such as jobs created, apprenticeships, training completions, and volunteer hours.
