What You Will Do:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families.

Engage in Section 47 investigations, guiding protective measures.

Manage complex cases involving child in need, child protection, PLO, and court work.

Participate in monthly duty week rotations.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, service users, and external agencies.

Advocate for children and families to ensure their voices are central to care decisions.
