Build authentic, trusting relationships with children and families to facilitate real change.
Conduct robust assessments using the GIRFEC framework to identify needs and mitigate risks.
Represent the "voice of the child" at Children's Hearings, Court proceedings, and multi-agency meetings.
Work creatively to keep families together where safe, or lead the search for permanent, loving homes through kinship, fostering, or adoption.
Partner with schools, health professionals, and police to provide a seamless "Team Around the Child."Requirements:
