Duration: Interim Assignment

We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Consultant to join a client-side organisation in Kent on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact by improving service delivery and compliance across key soft FM functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a full audit of cleaning services, ensuring standards meet contractual and operational requirements
• Perform time and motion studies to assess efficiency and identify optimisation opportunities
• Review current practices and procedures, recommending improvements for cost-effectiveness and service quality
• Engage with stakeholders and service providers to implement best practice solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in soft services management, ideally within a client-side environment
• Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, auditing, and compliance
• Ability to analyse operational workflows and deliver actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
